Kyle & Kyle Law, a client-focused Florida-based law firm, is seeking a Mortgage Foreclosure Defense Attorney to join our growing team. This fully remote role offers a unique opportunity for newer attorneys to build experience and for experienced attorneys to expand into multiple practice areas, including foreclosure surplus funds, probate, and collection cases.

What You Will Do

• Manage residential mortgage foreclosure cases from start to finish, including drafting answers, affirmative defenses, motions, discovery, and proposed orders
• First-chair hearings and nonjury trials, with opportunities to take and defend depositions
• Handle collection cases, foreclosure surplus funds cases, and probate matters as assigned
• Conduct client consultations and maintain ongoing client communication
• Track case activity and time in MyCase; maintain calendars and meet court deadlines
• Perform legal research and assist with appellate matters as needed

Who We’re Looking For

• Active Florida Bar license (required)
• Minimum 1 year of Florida mortgage foreclosure experience preferred, but newly licensed attorneys encouraged to apply
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Professional, ethical, and client-focused approach
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Florida (up to 10%)

Compensation & Benefits

• $75,000 – $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience
• Bonus opportunities based on performance and firm growth
