Phelps Dunbar is seeking an experienced litigation associate to join the Litigation Practice Group in any of our offices across the Firm’s footprint. The ideal candidate will have 3–4+ years of experience with a focus on media or intellectual property litigation. Experience handling matters involving defamation, copyright, trademark, or related disputes is preferred.
